9°80° Sauces and Marinades founders Alexis Gallardo from Panamá and Smith Anderson from the Carolinas met on a Panamanian plane six years ago and instantly bonded over their shared loved of the Lowcountry. A friendship quickly formed and after a year of experimenting in the Panamanian fields, 9°80° Gourmet Sauces and Marinades was born!

9°80° sauces and marinades are produced with fruits and vege

tables that are locally grown in Panamá for a balanced mixture of authentic flavor and a unique fire. Our handcrafted recipes use only the freshest of ingredients grown in our fields for our farm to bottle, all-natural, gluten-free products. We believe our sauces and marinades should bring your food flavor, not just heat, and enhance your dish, not hide it.
