Our featured restaurant this week is City Park Grill located at 432 East Lake Street, Petoskey, MI. City Park offers a diverse appetizer menu along with sandwiches, entrees and delectable desserts. Try the John Cross Fisheries salmon (grilled) with truffle mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables or you can get Potato Crusted whitefish with a sage-caper white wine butter sauce, fresh vegetable and white truffle mashed potatoes. Time to highlight our restaurant of the week. This week we are giving a shout out to Cafe Santé located at 1 Water Street, Boyne City, Michigan. Cafe Santé offers a Classical European Boyne Style menu, featuring our whitefish in many different dishes: Whitefish Benedict, Whitefish Caesar, Whitefish Meuniere and Fish & Chips.
