The Carolina Panthers picked up this wheel of Essex Street Cheese L’Amuse Gouda from Orrman’s for their schedule release—and watching it take the spotlight was equal parts exciting, hilarious, and painful. 🧀💥

So nice they ‘tried’ it twice.

A cheese trier is the long tool used to pull a core sample from the wheel — giving a glimpse into the texture, aroma, and condition of the cheese as it ages.

This 3-year Comté has spent years slowly developing deep savory notes, concentrated nuttiness, and that unmistakable alpine richness that only comes with time. Firm, crystalline, and intensely flavorful in all the right ways.

This one was definitely worth a second look.

13 years and a whole lot of memories—our chapter at the Market at 7th Street has come to a close. 🧀✨
