Fresh Pasta
Keep pasta refrigerated. We recommend using it within 5 days. Bring salted water to a hard boil, add fresh pasta, and start counting. Angel Hair= 45 seconds, Spaghetti= 60 seconds, Linguini= 90 seconds, Fettuccini= 120 seconds, Pappardelle= 210 seconds, and all special shapes of pasta= 180 seconds. After cooking, pour a glass of cold water over the pasta, and toss with XVOO or sauce. F

rozen Ravioli
Cook directly from frozen. Bring salted water to a hard boil, drop in frozen ravioli, and stir frequently until they float to the top of the pot. Once they float, stir for another minute, or until desired tenderness is achieved. Strain and serve! Frozen Lasagna
Two options: 1) If it is still frozen, remove the lid and replace with tin foil. Then, bake the lasagna at 425 f for 1.5 hours. 2) Defrost the lasagna overnight in the refrigerator. Bake with the lid on at 375 f for 45 -60 minutes. Ideal internal temperature is 160 f. Frozen Sauce and Soup
Two options: 1) Defrost for 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, heat on medium in a sauce pan until it is warmed through. 2) If it is frozen, transfer the frozen contents to a sauce pan. Heat it on medium, paying close attention to the soup or sauce’s progress. Once the sauce is heated through, remove it from heat source and serve. The key to the second preparation technique is medium heat and a watchful eye. Prepared Entrees
Transfer contents to a pyrex baking dish. Bake at 375 f for 20-30 minutes. If something contrary to this procedure is stated on the label, please disregard the previous sentence. Frozen Bread
