Happy Tuesday, Everyone! We have loaded the coolers down with lots of delicious things including this special meal Iā€™ve made many times but never for the stores: Braised Short Rib Rigatoni. Made with slow cooked, tender beef braised in wine and tomato and lots of fresh herbs and tossed with rigatoni and topped with Parmesan.
