Everyone is concentrating hard, and working hard today processing another almost 1000 pound beef! We are also welcoming Shawn as the newest member of our team, moving forward he will be with Jake for Slaughter Calls and available in shop for processing when not on call.

We are still searching for an assistant butcher to help finish out the spring and summer season strong, and we are looking for help in the shop for next year. Referrals welcome.

Before locally produced meat ever hits the table, there is a whole cadre of folks to get it there. As a pasture based meat farm, we rely on a network of other farmers, skilled craftsmen, advisors, and most importantly the supporters of the farm to do what we do.
