an make the best choice. We are now carrying a large variety of Brats and Italian Sausages, bulk Italian and breakfast sausage. We have premium high quality Hot Dogs made from a beef and pork blend. Brat flavors include Bacon Cheeseburger, Philly Cheese steak, Onion and Pepper, Beer Hops and OMG (a little bit of everything). Our Story

A family owned and operated meat shop and smokehouse. We are known for our award winning jerky! Our jerky selection includes a variety of flavors of beef, chicken, venison, bison and pork jerky. We have expanded beyond jerky over the years, we offer a variety of meat and specialty food items that include shelf stable snack sticks and summer sausage (refrigerate after opening) and meat products like lamb cuts, pork ribs, steaks and chicken breasts; fresh and smoked fish, chicken, pork and beef products are very popular. We carry a large variety of bratwursts and other sausages, including: Italian sausages, Chorizo, Andouille, Bangers, and breakfast sausages. Many of these sausages are made from either pork or chicken. We also have premium high quality hot dogs made from a beef and pork blend or only chicken. Our bratwurst come in pork or chicken and in a variety of flavors that include but not limited to Pineapple Teriyaki, Bacon Cheeseburger, Philly Cheese Steak, Onion and Green Pepper, Beer and OMG (a little bit of everything).
