WE ARE HIRING: Meat & Freezer Manager + Shift Manager 🥩🛒

Agricole Farm Stop is looking for a full-time leader to manage our Meat & Freezer department and oversee shop operations as a Shift Manager.
A special note of thanks: We are filling this role as our current manager, Suni, prepares to step down in May to pursue new endeavors. We are so grateful for the systems and vendor relationships she’s built, and we’re thrilled she is staying on the team in a different capacity!
The Details:
✅ 32-40 hours per week (Full-time)
✅ $16-$18/hour + tips
✅ Benefits include PTO, store discounts, and a daily cafe drink.
✅ Must have a passion for sustainable food and a "lead-by-example" attitude.
✅We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable with various forms of communication, managing interpersonal relationships, and has an interest in growing our meat & freezer department through new initiatives like an Agricole Butcher Box or seasonal "Meat & Greets".
