Our goal is to bring good food to our community and to make it as convenient for you as possible. We provide recipes for all the different vegetables to help you decide what to do with them. We will teach and demonstrate how to make many of

the recipes and will put together all the items you need to make some of them. We have the best sweet corn you will ever eat because we select only the super-sweet, tender-crisp varieties and try it ourselves before putting it on the stand. Come on over for some good, old-fashioned homegrown goodness.

Well, here we go again! Starting a new season. It still feels like winter but here we go with good news
1. Geese are coming back
2. We saw a Robin in our yard
3. We are hearing lots of new birds singing.
4. We heard a Kildeer
5. Jack and I are germination testing the last year’s sweet corn seed to see what is still viable and what we will need to order.
We have picked the varieties we want to get planted when we see which ones we need to order.

Oh, and p***y willows are opening!

Sorry we are temporarily out of sweet corn. We expect to have corn again by Thursday or Friday this week.
The first week will be excellent eating corn - if you are looking to cut it off for freezer or canning - next week will be perfect.

We still have lots of veggies inside the store.

We had our 100th customers here so we had to take a picture and award them with a free dozen ears of corn!

We will be sending some beef steers in to be butchered on February 19. If you have any interest in purchasing some excellent beef for your freezer, please let me know. Even if you asked about it previously, please message me now. I don’t want to leave anyone out.

We have several big trailer loads of Bolt that is excellent for cutting off and freezing. It is sweet and tender and deep kernels. We will be happy to give you some directions if needed.

Sweet corn is on our stand for sale as of today. We have a new variety called Bolt that has our super sweet, Tender crisp corn that we all love so much. Come see us and get the best sweet corn available

Garden is beginning to produce. We are having jalapeno poppers and onion petals tonight for supper.
We have broccoli, radishes, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash and bell peppers and jalapeños. All so good!
