One of the things I LOVE about Plant Medicine is how versatile it is. I often highly encourage everone to be creative. I call it delivering the Medicine.

Shown in pic are Elderberry Hibiscus ice cubes 🧊 topped with seltzer. It's an incredible way to stay hydrated + nourished. Especially effective for beautiful young kids to be nourished + build their immune system.

Take 3 TBL Heart + Soul Tea blend + steep in qt of boiling water for 30 minutes.

Strain + add 2 TBL Elderberry Syrup. Pour mix into your ice cube trays/molds. Freeze.

Plop Botanical ice cubes into favorite glass + add seltzer or favorite drink !

Enjoy !!

Good Morning!!

We're hosting a pop-up at our store today !

A new company that focuses on recycling | reusing | eliminating waste specifically with cleaning products + hand soaps.

Don't forget to bring an extra jar !!

The May Day fairies delivered some new products just in time for our May Day Pop Up at Whole Harmony TONIC today!! 🌸🌼🌿

We’ve got sprayer and pump attachments for mason jars, new flip top liter bottles, and hand sanitizer!!!

We’ll have mini pump bottles pre-filled with Puracy hand sanitizer to take with you wherever you go, and we’ll also be refilling, so bring your empty containers!

The refill station will also include BETTER LIFE hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and all purpose cleaner - and trust me, you’ve never smelled scents like these before 💚

And don’t forget, we’ll take your extra containers to make available for future customers. So bring your jars and jugs and we’ll see you in Chester, CT today from 1-4 PM!! 🌱🌎

Halloween is approaching, one of my favorite celebrations of the year. A time to celebrate the darkness.

We had so much fun designing last year's theme. .the.love out did herself in the styling + photography of this. We gathered all materials from who in her own right is beyond magical. Her store in New Hartford is a must see. I can't wait to see what we come up with this year.

The 1st couple of flower blossoms at . Pinching off the heads promotes growth. Except the Echinacea, that one took a hit in the storm. Soon we'll have 1000's of these !! Can you imagine?

You know Dave + I have been into (obsessed) Plant Medicine for awhile. This year we've really been focusing on the farm because we're not traveling (Covid-19). There are +/-'s to that. The overall + is spending any extra time we have up at the farm. For all the work + effort it yields so much happiness. Especially in a twilight zone world we're living in.

I've been particularly drawn to flowers this year. We planted alot. I'm drawn to the magic of flower essences which primarily use the flower heads. Flower Essences help sooth our emotional bodies. From old stagnant emotions buried deep that come out at the worst times TO present day raw emotions that are overwhelming at the very least. Personally, flower essences have little miracle workers in my everyday life. I experiment on my self alot. Curious how this works? How did 1st looking at this picture make you feel? Happy ? Joy? Wonder? Imagine being in a whole field !

We were thinking of doing a 🍸 at the Farm 🚜 night in August when we'll be in full bloom. There's plenty of room for safe social distancing. We'll do a tour, then pick what we'll use for magical Botanical cocktails. Tasting will be involved. Also learning about the different herbs + plants.
