I made this Power Rangers cake for a little boy named Darius this weekend. It was one of the most special cakes I've made to date. I signed up to be on a list of bakers to be "on call" to create dream cakes for sick children that deserved something special for there birthday. This amazing organization is called "Icing Smiles", what they do is awesome!!! After talking to Darius's parents about what he goes through on a daily basis was absolutey heartbreaking. I was honored to be a part of his birthday this year and I can't wait to do this again for another child.

I am happy to announce the opening of
Cake Beautiful LLC (formerly Ashley's Sweet Designs)
located inside Sweet Fillings Cafe. Grand opening mid-June 2013, at 14 West Main Street, Goshen NY 10924.

Cookies, pastries, and assorted cakes will be available for in-store purchase including organic, vegan and gluten free desserts. Cake Beautiful will be specializing in custom cakes, cookie favors and dessert tables.

We celebrated my baby girl's third birthday this past weekend. I threw together this "Sophia the First" cake she requested lol. I have had so much going on getting ready for all of the great things coming, I had to do this cake last minute. She loved it anyway!!! I can't believe three years have come and gone already. Love you Giavanna!

Made these fun hunting themed cupcakes for my clients husband's birthday today. Antelers and knife are on cameo backdrop and the theme wouldn't be complete without the typical orange baseball cap! Check out the cake I made for her daughter's 1st birthday

This past weekend I delivered this princess cake and 2 dozen cupcakes to Goshen, NY for a birthday party. The cake flavor is vanilla with vanilla colored buttercream. The color is a mixture of the pink and purple princess theme. The sugar crown has edible jewels and Alexia's name right in front, so everyone knew who the princess was that day! The cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla flavor with pink and purple vanilla buttercream topped of with fondant crowns.

Today this adorable brightly colored cake was picked up for a 1st birthday celebration. My customer provided a picture of a monkey that I replicated for the cake. The top tier of the cake is vanilla cake with banana buttercream. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. We also provided a smash cake for baby Jordyn.
