See all wizards in 2027 to celebrate!!!!!

Good evening muggles, wizards, and wizards-in-training! We know it’s been awhile since you heard from us, and we wanted to share an update on the festival and what’s been going on behind the scenes for the past several months. For anyone who missed the announcement last year, Festival of Magic is now being run by the owners of Tethan's Candy & Confections -- thanks to Nicki at Running Vines for handing over the reins of an event she created and poured her heart and soul into for 7 years.

We made the decision to move the festival to the fall to avoid conflicts with other area festivals that happen in July, and we originally intended to hold the first September Festival of Magic this year. However, the storm earlier this month definitely put some hiccups in our plans – we don’t often talk about things going on with us personally, but we did suffer some losses. With that in mind, and with storm recovery still going on and the town extending the state of emergency, we felt it would be best to pause for this year and return in 2027.

The dementors may have gotten in our way this year, but we have so many plans for how to make the festival even more magical for NWI families while holding on to everything you love about Festival of Magic. Please SAVE THE DATE for September 18-19, 2027! We’ll share updates throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on this page for more details.
