to offer comparative pricing to larger grocery stores. Cash purchases are rewarded on Sundays with a 5% Cash Discount. We are handicapped-accessible and accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, EBT, cash and personal checks. The owner, Trish Young-Gruber is a Certified Nutritional Consultant (C.N.C.) with a strong background in nutrition and tools for creating wellness. Trish is able to provide wellness education on areas of living that extend beyond food and supplements.
