Meet Traditional Russian 🥬✨

A classic Russian-style sauerkraut crafted with fresh cabbage, carrot, dill, and a blend of carefully chosen herbs. Bright, tangy, crisp, and full of flavor with the perfect crunch in every bite.

Serve it with sausages, roasted meats, pierogies, sandwiches, grain bowls, or straight from the jar - because a good kraut goes with just about everything. 🌿

Naturally fermented, simple ingredients, and rooted in tradition.

Rooted in healthy soil 🌱

Every harvest at Oksana’s Produce Farm starts below the surface. By focusing on soil health through regenerative practices like composting, crop rotation, and biodiversity, we grow vegetables that are vibrant, resilient, and full of life.

These freshly harvested radishes are a reflection of that work - grown with intention, cared for naturally, and pulled straight from living soil. 🥬✨

A jar that goes with everything ✨🧅

Our Pickled Onions are crisp, vibrant, and layered with warm spices like mustard seed, coriander, clove, bay, and ginger for a flavor that’s both bright and deeply balanced.

They add the perfect pop of acidity and crunch to tacos, grain bowls, sandwiches, salads, burgers, charcuterie boards - honestly, just about anything.

Tangy, colorful, and wildly versatile, these are the kind of pickles you’ll want to keep stocked in the fridge at all times.

Yesterday, Oksana’s Produce Farm had the opportunity to attend the groundbreaking celebration for the new Innovation Plant at Washington College in Chestertown. 🌱🏗️

The Innovation Plant is an exciting community-focused project that will bring together entrepreneurship, workforce development, food systems, makerspaces, and educational opportunities for the Upper Eastern Shore. It was inspiring to see so many local organizations, businesses, educators, and community members gathered around a shared vision for innovation and collaboration in our region.

We are always encouraged by projects that strengthen connections between agriculture, education, local food, and community development - and we’re excited to see how this space continues to grow in the years ahead.

Thank you to Washington College for hosting such a meaningful event and investing in the future of our local community. 🌾

Growing With Nature 🌱🐝

At Oksana’s Produce Farm, biodiversity is part of how we farm. Pollinator plantings help attract bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects that support a healthier, more balanced ecosystem throughout the farm.

By working with nature - not against it - we’re building healthier soil, supporting pollinators, and growing vibrant food rooted in regenerative practices. 🌼
