Moon is an 8 year old, 15.1 hand, Beautiful buckskin Grade Quarter Mare. She has worked the yards and been used in 4H. She is the perfect horse for 4H or to take you to the next level, she can do it all. If you are looking for a nice, well broke mare with tons of experience to use on the ranch, trails or arena then look no further. This girl is beautifully built and flashy with a good feet, and a pretty head and neck. This mare has a ton of heart and is good-minded and willing. Since we’ve had her my daughter has been using her to check fence and livestock and she has done great. She’s had many camping miles and pickets well overnight. She has a great walk, trot, and canter. She is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and isn’t spooky. She can be ridden out by herself or with other horses and doesn’t mind being separated from the group. Moon has also been ridden alongside the road and in traffic and isn’t bothered by it. This girl has been around all sorts of animals and pays them no mind. She has good ground manners, stands quietly tied, and is easy to catch, load, haul, and shoe.
