It’s opening day for Wednesdays and ! We made this really special galette that will be available at both markets today. This galette is filled with a purée of braised white turnips and radishes from and then we folded in the greens from both the turnips and radishes and topped it with some cheese curds. This galette features full plant utilization and that’s something we’re really proud of. Let’s have a tasty day together 😋
