FliPCrêpes is a ‘Healthy Made-to-Order Food’ Restaurant concept that started selling Crêpes in Chicago Farmers Markets back in 2003. The company got its name from an old French tradition, where farmers used to flip crêpes in a pan, holding a Golden Coin in one hand, while making a wish for a prosper year. Flipping crêpes is symbolic; Farmers were making them when running out of food in the middle

of harsh winters. In December 2009, we opened our first location inside the Chicago French Markets, at the Ogilvy Transportation Center. We now offer a variety of original Healthy recipes that are wrapped inside a stone ground Wheat crêpe & Gluten Free (Zero Gluten) ! It's Good for everyone and at anytime of the day; FliP Crêpes also offer an outstanding choice of crêpes Made Fresh & totally customizable! While all other Crêpe places are focusing on transporting their customers back to 'Paris', FliPCrêpes is pushing the traditional French food in another direction: we strive to be perceived as a NEW healthy Made-to-Order Food concept, to compete directly with major players in the Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner & Dessert of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) market segments. FliPCrêpes was founded in 2009, and so far operated by sole member Antoine Elie. Antoine Elie was raised & educated in West France, graduated from Saint-André School of Business in 1994. He is the visionary & soul of FliPCrêpes, inspired from his paternal grand-mother and passion for better food & better living. We've been experimenting and we are pleased to announce that Flip Bites are coming soon to FliPcrêpes: Crunchy little crêpe cups made with our gluten free crêpes, filled to order with fresh ingredients.

Will sell by 6, a perfect shar-able snack for home events or the office. Look for Flip Bites on our catering menu first and later on our menuboards in store.

FliPcrêpes is a multi-faceted concept, that was designed to fit busy lifestyles, and meet most dieters needs and food restrictions. Our crêpes are made with our own Gluten Free formula and manufactured in an allergen free and Gluten free certified mill. We've designed a menu that is all naturally Gluten free*. We created a unique product that feel familiar to most and appeal to all. The idea is to offer a food that is nutritious, healthy and will meet your diet restrictions and cravings. Yes, we shape them like wraps, so you can eat them on the go, anywhere and anytime. Most ingredients inside are made in-house. We carefully select all ingredients and rid of additives and preservatives. Our crêpes are always made to order and completely customizable. Theres' always a Flip for you!
