Last week we had the pleasure of hosting an incredible group of BBQ and foodie creators in Dallas, Texas 🤠

Day 1 🍽️
We kicked things off with dinner at Town Hearth featuring some of our favorite Allen Brothers cuts 🥩

Day 2 🔪
We headed to our Texas facility for a full tour and cut breakdown with - diving into what makes our products stand out.

Afterward, the crew put our steaks to work at Chef Kent Rathbun’s house, cooking across an unreal lineup of outdoor equipment 🔥

We closed out the night with our Wagyu Worldwide dinner, giving an exclusive look into our wholesale business and what makes us the trusted purveyor for restaurants and steakhouses across the country 🍽️

Day 3 🌾
We made our way to Ennis, Texas to visit Rosewood Ranches, our trusted partner for domestic Wagyu, to see firsthand where it all begins.

It means a lot to work with creators who genuinely care about product quality and take the time to understand the craft behind it. We loved having you all and sharing more about what we do and why we do it 🥩💙
