The Chichester Market is just down the road about a mile from your favorite stop, the Healthy Buffalo, located at 127 Dover Road. You can find a full selection of exotic meats and MUCH more! The market is open daily 7 AM - 7 PM.

New Hours at The Healthy Buffalo!

We’re making a small change to our weekly hours.

Friday: 12 PM – 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 4:30 PM
Sunday: 10 AM – 4:30 PM

We will be closed Monday through Thursday.

Don’t worry — you can still find a full selection of exotic meats, local meats, specialty items, and much more just down the road at our other location, Chichester Market! This weekend the Chichester Market will have fresh marinated elk, venison, and buffalo tips! Give them a try on the grill!

A quick update from Healthy Buffalo!

We will be closed this Thursday, August 20th and Saturday, August 22nd. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding.

The good news is that you can still find all of our meats and much more at our new location at the Chichester Market!

If you haven’t had a chance to stop in yet, this weekend would be a great time to come check out the new location, say hello, and see everything we have to offer. We’d love to see some familiar Healthy Buffalo faces there!

We should also have fresh, in-house marinated buffalo steak tips available at the Chichester Market this weekend.

We're excited to announce that we now carry raw milk products from Huckins Farm in New Hampton, NH!

Huckins Farm is a family-owned New Hampshire dairy farm known for producing high-quality milk from cows raised right here in our state. Their focus on animal care and quality has made them a favorite among many local customers looking to support New Hampshire agriculture.

We now have Yak Ribeye Steaks available in the case! 🥩

These are:

Yak is a very lean, high-protein red meat that’s often compared to a mix between beef and bison. It has a rich, slightly sweet flavor with a clean finish and excellent tenderness — especially in a ribeye cut.
