WE’RE HIRING!
POSITION:
Production & Market Assistant (one part-time position)
STARTING PAY:
$18.50/hr (also PTO, market tips & weekly chaihouse credit)
START DATE:
5/15/26
HOURS & REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
20-24 Hours/Week
Mondays (10am-6pm) and Saturdays (9am-5pm), Tuesdays (flexible)
DUTIES:
Production: Assisting in bottling, cleaning and sanitizing brew equipment after brewing, cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Farmers’ Market: Introducing chai to new customers, serving chai, handling transactions, packing up booth, driving to chai brewery, unpacking and cleaning dishes and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You work great in a team
-You are highly detail-oriented
-You have fantastic communication skills
-You take direction well
-You are outgoing and energetic
-You are able to lift 50 lbs often
-You have a good driving record (& have had license a minimum of three years)

This job involves a LOT of physical labor in often hot or cold weather with great attention to detail and cleanliness. You’ll be helping to blend and brew our chai, as well as serve it, which we take very seriously. We’re a growing company that values and rewards commitment and initiative.
