To our dear Clients and Community,

It is with sadness that we announce the permanent closure of Mimi’s Sweets and Treats. I am retiring, so this is bittersweet for me. It has been a joy to meet you all and my pleasure to serve you over the last several years. We have enjoyed feeding you and your loved ones, and being a part of your many celebrations and events. We thank you for your patronage and pray the Lord’s many blessings on you and yours in the years ahead. As the saying goes:
“Life is a journey not a destination”.
I have enjoyed my journey with you all so much.

As a result of closing our doors, I will be selling my building. If you know of anyone that would be interested, I would appreciate you passing my number along to them. 205-401-0617

To our friends and community, starting Monday January 24th 2022, Mimi’s deli will be closed until further notice. We will still offer cakes for both individuals and businesses if anyone is interested, but all other carry out orders will no longer be offered for the time being. We regret having to close the deli side once again but due to all the complications this pandemic has brought upon small business owners, we feel that this is necessary. We certainly appreciate those who came to support us. We hope that you will continue to order cakes from us, please just give us a weeks notice when ordering a cake. You can reach us for cake orders on Mimi’s cell at 205-401-0617. Our prayer is that The Lord continue to bless you all and keep you safe and healthy.

Mimi’s deli will be open this week back to normal hours. Mon-Fri 10:30-1:30. Help us ring in the new year right, and have lunch with us.

Mimi’s will be open Tuesday and Wednesday for customers to pick up cakes. The deli will be closed this week and next week. We will reopen January 3rd. We hope all of our friends have a Merry Christmas and may God pour his blessings upon you in the coming year.

Anyone that has ordered a cake for this week, can pick up by 3:00 tomorrow. We will be closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week. We hope to see you for lunch next week. Have a Happy Thanksgiving, and God bless you!
