Our second season at Family Roots Orchard is in the books. We had a wonderful crop and great customers! I wanted to thank everyone for their support; from past student and their families to old friends, family, and frequent customers who became new friends. Thank you also to the local stores that support me through the sales of my products!

I am also very grateful for the support of my family. My dad and grandma have been overloading me with Apple knowledge. My family has covered for me at the Orchard store so that I could watch my daughter‘s equestrian meet. It wouldn’t be possible without them!

I still have a lot to learn about the apple farming industry. However, the owners of Bushel and a Peck and Connels Orchard went out of their way to help me learn the ropes. Thank you all!

Thursday, Oct. 30 and Friday Oct. 31 come and pick for 1/lb. to stock up for the winter.

Our final weekends are upon us. Family Roots orchard’s last day open is Halloween!
Come and get your apple pie, caramel apples, cider and donuts.
Stock up on apple varieties that will last you until Thanksgiving!
We will be closed this Friday, Oct. 24th. I’m excited to watch my daughter and her team compete at state!
