Around here, farming is more than chores and animals — it’s family, learning, and building memories together.

We believe in teaching our children everything we know. From planting seeds and collecting eggs to caring for animals and growing food, every lesson gives them a foundation to build off of as they get older.

Our kids are learning the value of hard work, kindness, patience, and where their food truly comes from. And honestly… there’s nothing sweeter than watching them bite into something they helped grow themselves.

From the first peep to their first steps, this is one of our favorite parts of farm life—watching new beginnings hatch right before our eyes 🐣🌱

😂🌎 World Laughter Day is Tomorrow! 🌎😂

Here at The Cosley Farm, we believe there’s nothing better than a good laugh… especially when it comes from the farm! 🐓🐐🐖

Between the chickens arguing over who laid the “best” egg, the goats acting like they own the place, and the pigs finding every mud puddle possible… there’s never a dull moment around here 🤣

So tomorrow, take a moment to laugh a little louder, smile a little bigger, and maybe even enjoy some silly farm moments with us ❤️

What are your go to activities for rainy days? While we are stuck indoors and not able to play with the chicks or baby goat, they are running around playing. They are have the time of their lives. Enjoy a video from yesterday of Tater tote getting confused on who momma is.

Well, we have finally picked a name, and by we, I mean the kids! It was super close with Tater tot and Waddles.

The kids loved both names, but in the end, they picked Tater Tot.

So with no further todo, We would like to introduce Tater Tote the goat. He loves to jump off tires and drive momma crazy. He has started to nibble on grass with his 3 week old nibbles.

Now he is just waiting for his aunt to have her baby so he has a friend his size.

Don’t mind the door. Rebecca had a little problem getting it open after breaking the handle to open it. We were running about 30 minutes behind this morning and the chicks were not happy with us.
