When it comes to celebrating for me, it is key to show up from a place of more life, therefore I bring to the table only foods that will deliver energy & life force.

It seems counter-productive to me to celebrate with processed SO-called foods that are the primordial cause of many imbalances. Back in the day when I was a Nutritional healing coach & personal chef, the health association of OHIO called me to ask me not to link my teaching with medical advice or anything of that sort because I am not a doctor.

Nowadays - many doctors are turning to nutrition to elevate the patient into a new consciousness of power about what we eat & the fundamental truth that food is medicine.

So with that said, there its a medicinal CAKE! YUMM!
