Starting a new small batch ferment tonight with some of the last peppers of the year. This is a mix of Sweet Morugas, Buena Mulata (Purple Cayenne) and onion. The onion may not go into the blend. They are kinda just added for flavor! We'll keep ya posted. We're gonna let it sit for 30 Days and see what she tastes like!!
