Lakeshire Farm is a family-owned farm that raises premium, pasture-raised meats like beef and heritage pork. They focus on animal welfare and natural diets avoiding antibiotics or hormones. An update from our farms in Crete (March 2026)

The pressing of the olive oil in Mesara valley is over. This is the time for the pruning of the olive trees. Olive trees love sun light and good air circulation. The best way to get that is with pruning. This process helps trees get plenty of sun light and air circulation. It is an excellent way for good growth and production.
