Good evening everyone. Our next classes are now available for sausage making. Our spicy class is September 13th. Our regular mild class will be Oct 4th. Please call soon to get these spot reserved. We have limited coupled spots (meaning 2 people share 1 spot for $200) left for the mild class in October. We will be having another mild class in early November in case you can’t get on the October class list. The price for individual is $175. Hope to hear from you soon.
