It’s a gorgeous Saturday & we’ve got some gorgeous cheese in our cases right now!

We’re in the midst of cheese contest season, so we’ve been sampling and evaluating some of our favorite wheels & batches….and that means contest-worthy cheese ends up in our cases! Come see what we loved about these cheeses and treat yourself to some of our best work.

We have oodles of patio pounders chilled and ready for you to grab for poolside parties, evening hangs on the patio or to enjoy while you watch some sports, whether it’s or the western conference game 7….so much on tap tonight!

We had a fresh milk delivery this week-regular & chocolate! We’re all stocked up on our fav pizzas & fresh bread from & we have so many great snacks.

It’s a great day to get outside, stop in for some cheese & dranks and stock up on some seriously delicious provisions 🧀

Pop through for some cheese to round out your Al fresco dining this weekend-it’s going to be gorgeous!

It’s also nice and cool in the Tasting Room and we’re pouring that beautiful chilled Frappato from Santa Tresa by the glass-it’s delightful.

Weekend plans rained out? Not to worry-we saved a seat for you!

Join us for some award-winning cheese and some tasty sips. We’re pouring a fun Frappato from Sicily this weekend, served with a lovely chill. This Bio Organic wine has a nice slightly tart acidity that balances this lively fruit-forward wine. It’s fantastic with our cheese, but it would also be great with some chicken, tuna or swordfish this weekend.

We stocked the coolers with plenty of cheese & have oodles of other tasty goodies, including a full restock of our favorite frozen pizzas-grab a couple and a bottle of Frappato for Netflix and chill ❤️

It’s American Cheese Society Judging & Competition week!

We sent our cheese on Monday and it arrived in Minneapolis this morning; we always breathe a sigh of relief when we get confirmation that our cheese has arrived within the designated window for receiving.

There’s something that feels really special about selecting cheeses for competition and sending them in. As cheesemakers, we are all working in our respective creameries making so many different kinds of cheese with varying methods of doing so. But when it comes time for cheese competitions, knowing that so many other cheese teams across North America are doing the same thing in hopes of our cheeses getting recognition, but also with the goal of receiving feedback on how to improve and what we did well is a different kind of special. While we’re all doing this in our own spaces, there’s a sense of community feeling about this activity.

There’s a huge crew of volunteers who work incredibly hard to make ACS J&C happen and they’re all descending in Minneapolis for two days of judging over 1,600 cheeses. It’s a pretty incredible feat to organize cheese competitions, take care of all the cheese that is sent in for judging and to keep it all straight. We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work of the American Cheese Society and all of its volunteers.

We’ll look forward to the awards in July at conference, but we’re really looking forward to seeing all of our cheese friends and to having conference in our backyard in Louisville!

It’s American Cheese Month, and while we’re always celebrating American-made cheeses we’re especially celebrating this month!

It’s amazing to think that a mere 30 years ago, if you wanted high quality artisanal cheese, you would likely would have been guided to a cheese made overseas. While there were high quality cheeses being produced domestically, Americans weren’t as devoted to supporting our own cheeses as our international counterparts would be of their national cheeses.

Fast forward to today - there’s SO many incredible high quality, artisanal and American-produced cheeses available to us. The American artisanal cheese movement is a beautiful thing. No longer do we have to narrow our search for a good cheese to imported cheeses - we have American cheesemakers making amazing cheese! We have the privilege of working in the American cheese industry alongside so many of these brilliant cheesemakers.

This is special community and one that we feel lucky to be a part of and we hope we help you to feel that way through our cheese.

Cheers to American cheese this month, and every month, and thank you to the American Cheese Education Foundation for supporting American cheese and for helping to further access and education in the cheese industry.

She’s baaaaack! Our Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Quark is back-just in time to celebrate Mom 🍓❤️

This seasonal favorite is beautiful on a bagel for Sunday brunch, fantastic as a dessert spread and perfect on a cracker. You really can’t go wrong with it…strawberries are in season and we’re celebrating!

It’s the perfect weekend to take Mom out for some cheese and sips and some time spent together. She wants cheese, but cheese with you is the cherry (or shall we say strawberry) on top.

We have so many lovely gifts perfect for the cheese-loving and entertaining Moms in your life. We’re also pouring a delicious old bush vine Australian Grenache this weekend-
grab a glass and then snag a bottle for home, it’s so tasty.

And if that isn’t enough, Mom deserves some Gold Medal Gouda and Street Ched this weekend-and you’re in luck because we’ve got both.

We are so incredibly excited to share that our cheeses performed incredibly well at last week’s 2026 Los Angeles International Dairy Competition.

It’s the first time we’ve entered this competition and really didn’t know what to expect, so to find out that our Aged Gouda won Best in Show, Best Dairy Product of the Competition is quite the thrill. This competition featured 463 products from 58 producers with entries from France, Mexico, United Kingdom and USA.

Our Street Ched was also awarded a Gold Medal, Best in Class and we’re pretty tickled by that as well, but maybe even more thrilled that it was awarded 100 points - we’ve never had a cheese receive a 100 point score!

Thank you to the Los Angeles Dairy Competition, its organizers and all of the judges for putting this competition together and for the opportunity to compete. It’s really incredible how many good cheeses and dairy products are out there, and we’re so humbled for our cheeses to shine like they did last week.
