With hopes to get back into the swing with baking, and not lose the goal of developing my small business, I have created an online site for ordering Early Bird Gardens & Bakery / Early Bird Bakery, LLC... check it out if you've got a minute! I have missed setting up at the Farmers Market due to Covid, but I really enjoy more time at home & in the garden; I don't have plans to return anytime soon. Site is still in development, but is functional!

This didn’t work last week, but I’m at the Hyde Park Farmers Market this morning setting up, and realized I forgot brown paper lunch bags again! If anyone’s stopping by and wants to do me a huge favor, they have them at Kroger, and I’ll trade you muffins or scones!!

What new Muffins or Scones would be good to start making for the market? Looking for more fruit-based options, as those are the big sellers. I think I settled on Strawberry Lemonade scones... any other ideas? Keep in mind the muffins are VEGAN, and all are gluten-free and whole-grain... and nut-free!
