Gibbs Cheese and Sausage Located in Historic Findlay Market since 1922 we sell a large selection of cheese, olives and lunch meat with an assortment of other goodies.

Our “soon to be famous” Roast Beef, Home Roasted Turkey and Bandelier Southwest Turkey are all house made weekly. We also make multiple flavors of homemade fudge, whip our own flavored butter and cream cheeses, and can grind you fresh peanut butter in store. Our eggs, butter, cottage cheese, and sour cream are always fresh and we also carry a small assortment of crackers, condiments, and candy. Ag

ed cheddar is also a specialty of ours. Three times a year we travel to Wisconsin for an assortment of specialty cheeses and fresh cheese curds. Some of the cheese goes straight to the counter for customers to enjoy but a good portion goes in the back for aging. Our two aged cheddars, Sunday Cheddar around Mother’s Day and Christmas Cheddar around Thanksgiving, are fast sellers and never last long. If you are having a party ask us about our party trays. With a two days notice we can make you a tasty meat & cheese tray or snack tray. Some of our products are used by several Findlay Market, Findlay Kitchen Vendors and local restaurants such as Elusive Cow, Charcuterie Creations, Fullcin Farms' Curbside Kitchen, and Jane's Bar.
