Dino from Gabby's Cafe just dropped off the good stuff! DiStasi Marinara Sauce and Gabby’s BBQ Sauce. And judging by how fast these usually disappear, you may want to move with a little urgency.

Bull says it’s time to treat yourself. (And for once, he’s not full of… well, you know.)

Meet the Petite Tenderloin, also known as the Teres Major. One of the best-kept secrets in the meat case. It’s incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and gives you filet like tenderness without the filet price tag.

We’ve got them plain or marinated with St. Elmo’s Steak Rub, so the hard part is deciding which one to take home. (Our recommendation? Yes.)

Throw it on a medium-high grill for about 4 minutes per side, let it rest, then slice it into medallions. It’s perfect for steak sandwiches, steak salads, or just eating straight off the cutting board while pretending you’re “checking for doneness.” We don’t judge. Conveniently, the same beef we use for our beef kebabs!

Stop in and let Bull point you in the right direction. He knows good meat when he sees it… and unlike some people, he doesn’t overcook it. 🥩

Thank you for another incredible Fourth of July! We loved seeing so many familiar faces stop in this week to grab everything from burgers and brats to steaks and mets. Your support means the world to us, and we’re grateful to be part of so many family cookouts and holiday traditions.

As a reminder, we’ll be here until 1:00 PM today and we will be CLOSED tomorrow (July 5th) to recover from a busy week… and maybe a few Fourth of July shenanigans. 🍻 🎆

We’ll be back refreshed, recharged, and ready to listen to how your uncle or brother burned your burgers Monday morning @ 9:00am.

As summer gets into full swing, we wanted to share a few upcoming schedule reminders so you can plan your visits accordingly.

🏖️ Sunday, August 2nd: CLOSED

As a reminder, Humbert’s is closed on the first Sunday of each month, and we’ll also be operating reduced hours on Independence Day so our team can spend some time celebrating with their families.
