🦬 We need your honest opinion. Would you buy locally raised bison?

We have a couple of bison coming to the farm, and we’re considering raising more to eventually offer bison meat at S/Y Beef Market!

Bison is lean, flavorful and high in protein, but raising and processing it is a significant investment. It’s not cheap. Before we jump in, we want to know if there’s enough interest from our customers.

If we offered locally raised bison, what would you be most likely to buy? ground bison, burger patties, steaks, roasts, snack sticks or something else?
