We have earned over 100 awards for our quality cured meats and sausages at the Oklahoma Texas cured meats competition and also have two national awards for our Beef Snack Sticks and Andoullie Sausage from the American Cured Meats competition. Lyndon Walke is the current President of the Oklahoma Texas Meat Processors Association. We base our business on quality product and even better customer service.

HOT DOG!!! It rained today!! Also we made a ton of hot dogs this week. Like 2000lbs of hotdogs. Tomorrow is Friday and hopefully we can start the September weather now.

Labor Day weekend is quickly approaching and we have been busy all week stocking up the retail store and cutting beef!! We also have some new smoked jalapeño cheddar brats that will hit the shelves FRIDAY!!! Before the long weekend.

This beef! AMERICAN! For our retail we cut primals in our custom room we cut hanging beef. All US Beef. It’s a hot button issue but foreign beef won’t pass through our doors. Why? Because our suppliers and producers won’t bring it or sell it to us. Simple choice for us. Does it have a place somewhere else in the food system? That’s the big debate.

Treats, snacks and something new!!!

We don’t talk about it much but we’ve got treats for the pups!! We make these in-house and they are a hit. Our people snacks are also a hit and great for the lunch box. And new this week we brought in a couple sides that are amazing.
