Yesterday I was struck by how many peppers we have currently! The greenhouse crops are rolling in the abundance. Thank you to everyone who comes by the market, supports us, says hi, and creates a thriving local community. Tomatoes have arrived in full force! Make sure you swing by the market tomorrow so that you can have fresh heirloom tomatoes and huge lettuce leaves on your burgers for the 4th of July. And even if you aren’t eating burgers you can slice up a tomato and wrap it in a lettuce leaf and eat on the go!
