My awesome brother is not only an expert when it comes to the best Olive oil and Vinegar from around the world, but also an expert in good food and cooking! Gene is an amazing Chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York in 2002 and has years of experience in the restaurant business and catering.
Stop by and pick his brain! He has some great ideas and inspiration in the kitchen and is always happy to chat.
Oh, and he also knows some of the best fishing 🎣 spots in the area if you want to talk outdoors 😉

Make dinner easy tonight!
Chef Gene’s fresh baked ciabatta bread (available Fridays and Saturdays), local cheese from calkinscreamery (also available at 13 Olives!) ripe, local tomatoes from the farm stand, drizzle some of the best Olive oil in the world, sprinkle with 13 Olives’ bread dipper seasoning, and you’ll have a happy family, full bellies, and little clean up!

🍉 Pairs well with a Citrus oil or is great on its own!
