Badger Treats and Other Considerations Cooking classes for the average person, with the average budget; and catering for small groups Be mindful of your food.

Food is the most important thing in the world-beyond creed, belief, family, friends, job-everything. It's what helps define your culture, your lifestyle-without food you would die. It's what brings together family and friends, coworkers and church goers. It fills us with joy, and sorrow-we make grand sweeping statements about how we feel about food, but at the end of the day we will eat what we ha

I know I've been extra quiet this summer. It's been an interesting one.
Saturday is the last market of the season at the Clarksville Downtown Market- I'll be out sampling Tennessee Grass Fed's rump roast.
The word on the street is there will be a handful of holiday markets, I haven't figured out where they will be yet.
But! There is something interesting opening up this fall, apparently we're getting an indoor market/natural food and health center?!?
Tree of Life Center will be opening soon, something to check out.

I know it's a day late, but stuff happens.

Despite all my plans to have this up no later than Monday, I was foiled by my blog refusing to post anything. So, erase, re-write, try again. Being exhausted and over heated, I forgot to take pictures of anything for you all. There's nothing like not getting hardly any sleep...

If grandmothers around the world had a rallying cry, it would probably sound something like “You Need to Eat!”
