We re-created the Hot Beef Sundae the Cattlemen serve at the Iowa State Fair.
I cooked an arm roast in some water and auju packet seasoning on high for over 8 hours then shredded it. I then did a slurry of flour and water to make a gravy out of the drippings. Served with homemade mashed potatoes. 😋
