Sprig of Dill seasonings are packaged in unique, square glass jars. Not only do they call out to you, because they just look so good on the shelf, but Sprig blends keep their flavor longer because of that glass. We use no preservatives or anticaking agents, but the blends don’t stay fresh longer, protected by the glass.

Often, Sprig of Dill seasonings have a shelf life of well more than a year, before the flavor begins to wane.

I worked in the garden when it was chilly and drenched in dew this morning. The baby birds up above me were keeping their mama busy insisting on food. The neighborhood bunny had left its prints where it stood while munching my cilantro. Now the afternoon is hot and sleepy, and just calling for a spicy mug of chai with lots of foam! For me: half decaf black tea; half foamed almond milk, a heaping teaspoon of Chai seasoning, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

A fresh jar of Chai Blend is important to have on hand for summer. Sprinkle it on baked Sweet Potatoes fresh from the farmer's market. Have it ready to season an apple crisp made with this year's first June apples!

Lavender is blooming in the yard and that means it is time for the taste of Herbes de Provence! This French seasoning blend actually contains lavender, along with savory, thyme, rosemary, basil, and tarragon. It is great for seasoning a roasted chicken. Our favorite is to throw a handful of Herbes de Provence and some olives into sourdough, just before it is baked.
