Hi everyone this will the last time you will hear from Lake Meat Cheese & spices. Effective today 12-27-13 we will be closing our store. I am retiring and going to spend more time with my grand kids. The down side is my kids are going to have to put up with me. isn't facebook a great way to let your kids know what we are going to do with our spare time. Look out kids here we come' let me see which one will we go to first. Surprise kids we aren't going to tell you.

I haven’t written anything for awhile but wanted to let every one know we are still alive. Something that is new to our line is 10 year old white cheddar and 14 year old white cheddar. If you like old cheddar come on in and give it a try. Don’t wait too long because when it’s gone I don’t think I will be able to get any more. This cheese is a rarity.
