When I grew up there was no such thing as a computer. I learned from trial and error. So I'm trying to help other to not make the mistakes I did. I am using the www. to help people of all ages to enjoy their time in the kitchen. I enjoy it because I know it . If you are a good reader more than likely you'll love reading books. If you love writing you will more that likely not be me....lol.. I love

Easiest muffins/cupcakes ever…. Preheat oven to 350°

1 dry yellow cake mix
1 small can of pumpkin purée
1 C. Cool water
1 1/2 pumpkin pie spice

Put in muffin tin and bake 20 minutes makes 18 muffins

Cream cheese icing

1- 8oz box cream cheese softened
1C. Powdered sugar
2 C. Cool whip mix well ,
you know the rest 🤷🏻‍♀️ speed on the cake/cupcakes
