1. Are you a Grocer/Butcher?
▫️ No. We are a local food distribution company.
We supply butchers and local restaurants.
2. Are you open to the public?
▫️ Yes. Walk ins are welcome
3. Do you call in? Order ahead?
▫️ We prefer walk ins. You can call in to ensure we have the product you're looking for.
4. How does it work?
▫️ You walk into our office, take a look at the same menu that we post on our Facebook and tell us what you want. We throw it together and then take it out to your car for you. No carts, ringing yourself out or free labor 😉

6. What are your hours?
▫️M-F | 8am -2:30pm
7. How long have you been in business?
▫️ We've been supplying local restaurants under the same owner since the 80's. Before that it was owned by the same family starting in the 50's.
8. Is it fresh? Organic?
▫️ Yes. Our products are ALL NATURAL - no added hormones, steroids, antibiotics, water etc etc. (Fun fact: Steroids and hormones have been explicity banned by the FDA since the 1950's)
We are open 5 days a week and we receive product 5 days a week.
9. Where is your meat sourced from?
▫️Our products come mostly from 3 companies - Mountaire (North Carolina), Colorado Boxed Beef (Colorado), G&C (NY & employee stock owned) and our eggs come from Bushnell, FL.
10. Are your products USDA inspected?
▫️Yes. Us and our suppliers take our regulations very seriously.
11. Are the chickens cage-free?
▫️ Yes.
12. Do you sell live chickens?
▫️ No. We are a distribution company.
Best places we've learned to find live chickens is Animal House in St. Pete, or local breeders found on places like FB marketplace.
13. Do you accept EBT?
▫️ No we do not. We accept Debit, Credit and Cash.
We do a small discount if paying by cash.
14. What grade is your beef?
▫️ Our beef is Select. Meaning that the beef is leaner/less fat content. Grades are not the quality of beef but rather the fat content in the beef.
15. Are the cows grass-fed?
▫️ Yes. Our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished. (Again, leaner with less fat)
16. Do we have to buy 10/15lbs?
▫️ Yes. We are a wholesale company. We are not licensed to open or alter anything in the packaging.
17. Do you cut the meats?
▫️ No. We are not licensed to cut or alter any of the product. We can recommend a few companies that will do it if you don't want to cut it yourself.
18. I heard you did a weekend sale, what is that?
▫️ Once a month, the second Friday & Saturday of every month, we do a big 'weekend sale.' We discount our prices as much as we can and we give some free product away to every present and paying customer! 😃
19. What are the hours for the weekend sale?
▫️ Friday: 8am-2:30pm
Saturday 9am-12pm.
20. When is the next weekend sale?
▫️ It's the SECOND weekend of every month.
