Sneaky Sheep Puebloan Red. This sauce made me happy with the end result. It's a blend of NM Puebloan reds - Cochiti, Zia, Tesuque - and some Habanero to get it a little warmer. Garlic, onion and some apple cider vinegar to round it off. Fermented in a mason w/ an airlock for 4 weeks. It has a really nice smoky flavor.
