Cookin’ with Kate’s is back, and this one gets a little dirty! Dirty Squid!

This week, Dean, one of our expert fishmongers, walks us through how to break down and clean a whole squid from start to finish. Then Tom cooks it the best way he knows how. He’s not a chef, but he sure knows how to keep the crew happy and fed!

Cook it hot and fast, toss it with a little olive oil, garlic, lemon, chili flakes and parsley, and it’s incredible over pasta or served as a simple appetizer to snack on.
