Freeze your peaches whole! 
These last two varieties are excellent for freezing whole and it’s so easy.
Select firm but ripe peaches (color of peach is golden when ripe).
Cut them in half and remove the seed.
Freeze flat on a cookie sheet for 24 hours.
Place in freezer bags to keep from freezer burn.
Pull out a half at a time and run it under tap water to remove the skin. Slice it immediately and use it in whatever you want. Delicious!!!

Our season is quickly coming to an end we will have peaches till the end of August. All varieties are delicious freestone excellent for freezing and canning. Or just to sit and eat or make pies. We will have Flameprince, Elberta and Monroe this week.
Open 9-6 at the Cleveland location.
