Beef pop-up/pick-up event--at the farm, Newton, WI
This weekend, Saturday & Sunday (August 9th & 10th), 11am-3pm or by appointment!
I have some beef in stock--but I no time to deliver! So, message me what you would like and I will have it packaged up and ready for you to pick it!
These are the packages I put together.
*All packages are $100 each*
Steak choices are first come, first serve--
-Sirloin- 1 steak per pkg, approx. 20 oz
-Ribeye without bone- 2 steaks per pkg, approx. 8-10 oz per steak
-Ribeye with bone- 2 steaks per pkg, approx. 12-15 oz per steak
-Porterhouse- 2 steaks per pkg, approx. 12-15 oz per steak
-T-bone- 2 steaks per pkg, approx. 10-14 oz per steak
-Tenderloin- 2 steaks per pkg, approx. 6-9 oz per steak

1 package of roast (approx. 3lb package)
1 package of hamburger patties (1.5lb package--6 patties per pkg)
7 packages of ground beef (1 lb. packages--approx. 90-92% lean)

12 packages of ground beef (1 lb. packages)
2 package of patties (1.5lbs, 6-quarter pound patties)
Package #3
9 packages of ground beef (1 lb. packages--approx. 90-92% lean)
2 package of roast (approx. 3lbs)
