At Liberty Farms we work with the natural environment to preserve the soil’s natural structure. Our tillage methods are designed for the least disruption to the soil bed, minimizing erosion and loss of topsoil. Any excess product that is not harvested is tilled back into the soil for added organic matter. This approach fosters growth and viability of vegetable farming. Commitment to Community

The benefits of buying local are passed onto local restaurants, farmers markets, retailers, and consumers. Liberty Farms is also establishing a U-Pick, pick your own fruits and vegetables, sector. U-Pick allows customers to come to our farm and pick what they want. It does take time for plants to be set-up for a U-Pick, so stay tuned for the launch. Packaging our Produce
We package our produce in recyclable containers whenever possible. For our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) customers, we use reusable plastic containers which are exchanged each week, washed, sanitized, and reused.
