Aurora Echo, a one-woman traveling pasta sampling road show, from beautiful Whidbey Island to Seattle Metropolitan grocery store pasta goddess.

Two years ago today, I had my first Wildly Beloved Foods pasta sampling demo at PCC Ballard.

Today, two years later, I had the joyful delight of sampling my 5 frozen pastas at Metropolitan Market Magnolia for the first time. 10 products in all 10 lovely stores, and demos full of magic.

11 pastas at PCC Markets, and PCC Member Month Tasting Fairs have my demo dance card full! I am a PCC member, of course.

Thank you to all the eaters, my kindred foodie spirits—we are the regenerative food production and grassroots grocery movement! Lucky you and lucky me, because true wealth is nourishment and health.

Onward and upward, for the love of certified organic and objectively and outrageously delicious foods!
