My morning handful of supplements. 💪

Black raspberries are packed full of the age defying antioxidants folic acid, ellagic acid, and anthocyanins plus other bioflavonoids which all have an anti-inflammatory effect known to improve cardiovascular health by improving vessel function and lowering blood pressure. Antioxidants also reduce cancer risk by preventing DNA damage, and more.
They're high in vitamin A, C, and E which supports our immune system and eyes. Also a great source of fiber which improves digestion and most people don't get enough fiber, and they're high in calcium and manganese which are great for bone health.

A little flood once in a while is nice. The gardens inside the greenhouses are watered, thoroughly.
And we have lots of great veggies growing now.

We have 3 openings in our co-op program that need to be filled immediately. Available shifts are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9am -11am.

Kid friendly with swing set, play areas and lots of toys inside the greenhouses, so feel free to bring them along with you.
