Fortunately the project was eventually approved. We love having the plaza and all the great stores in our community of Closter! Here is the original description:

Whole Foods has been planning to open in Closter since 2009. The opening has been slowed down due to issues with the necessary refurbishing of the shopping center, Closter Town Square. Let's get together, join forces, and see what we can do to move this along!
