2026 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) cards are launching this month in Sonoma County.

Distribution is scheduled at 🍅 Santa Rosa Original Certified Farmers Market on July 18, 2026 and 🥬 Sebastopol Farm Market on July 19, 2026

The cards are for income-eligibile seniors 60 years old and up.

More dates/locations could potentially be added.
